I can't believe that I have not discovered this blog sooner. Food or diet? I will rather die eating than starving. Look what you are missing, Nichole and Posh. Just came back from the supermarket. I am in search of fresh ingredients and new ideas about cooking.
It is an art. You can learn it from your grandmother, your mother, and create yourself. Very similar to science.
